Halloween Cocktails

Now this post has 2 of my favourite things in… Halloween & Cocktails – Pete and I are throwing our annual Halloween party next weekend, so thought we’d have a go making some cocktails that’ll fit with the spooky theme, and I thought I would share them with you too!

First up!

Start by pouring Peach Schnapps, Coconut Rum and Vodka (a shot of each) into a cocktail shaker, add pineapple juice and orange juice plus a dash of blue curacao and shake! The colour of green depends on the amount of blue curacao you use. Yum this is one of my favourites!

This is the witches brew cocktail, with a little added extra colour to it, all we used was some grenadine and black food dye mixed together to make a dark colour, and slowly poured it into the mixture, as it was mixed with grenadine it sunk to the bottom of the glass to make this!

To create this cocktail i mixed a shot of coconut rum and a shot of peach schnapps together, then added some pineapple juice and pomegranate juice to give it the reddy colour. I haven’t added measures of juices as i just poured until it made the colour i wanted/liked how it tasted. so it’s all personal preference on how strong you want your cocktail to be! 🙂

I added a shot of each  – Vodka, Triple Sec and Peach Schnapps, i then topped it up with Lemonade and ice, then in a different glass i mixed together a small amount of Grenadine and Blue Curacao to make a purple – then added it all together! (Also i’d never had Triple Sec until making these!! Yum – I had no idea it tasted of oranges!)

Monster of the deep – Shot

Pete created this shot – fill up to 1/4 with dark rum, top up with lemonade – add a drop of grenadine and a good sized dash of blue curacao, and enjoy!

I hope you like this post, and if you make any of these tag me in them on Instagram – @lizcarey92 –  i would love to see them, plus if you make any of your own Halloween inspired cocktails!

Happy Halloween & drink responsibly 😉

    Hello ,

I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks very good!
I’m also interested in this topic and have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.

I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive. Was thinking about starting using analytics. Do you recommend it?
Can you recommend something what works best for you?

Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve: http://janzac.com/
(Recently I have added a new page about FutureNet and the way how users can make money on this social networking portal.)

I have subscribed to your newsletter. 🙂

Hope to hear from you soon.

Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?

    Jan Zac
