AD* Halloween Party Looks

As most of you probably know by now I absolutely LOVE Halloween, and doing makeup looks for Halloween parties – so when False eyelashes got in touch to see if I could do some makeup looks with some of their lashes I jumped at the chance! I rarely wear false lashes but honestly love the ones that I tried.

I was very kindly sent three boxes from land of lashes (one of the many brands that false eyelashes stock.)

The first set were the faux mink Aurora pair . All lashes I tried felt lightweight and very comfortable. The Aurora are fluttery with 2 lengths of lashes and perfect for a princess as the name suggest.

The look I put with these lashes was an easy witchy makeup. Lots of greens and purples on the eyes, a glittery cobweb covering half of my face and a green liquid lip (obsessed with this colour!)

Second is the faux mink Blair – my favourite pair of lashes. I loved the fullness and the length, which made me feel very glamorous and ready for a night out. I went vampy with the Blair lashes – dark smokey eyes and a seductive red lip felt like the perfect pairing, and of course a little blood – you are a vampire after all!

My last pair of lashes are the faux mink Paloma

These lashes are a lot more spaced out but still very feathery and full, giving you a wide eyed look. This look I chose to recreate a stormy lightning look which I absolutely loved!

All these lashes make such a statement and such beautiful quality! I was also very kindly sent some accessories to make the lash process even easier. Firstly the beautiful rose gold lash applicator . I found this very helpful to use, however it may be easier to use with shorter lashes – but I am still a beginner with applying lashes, so you may find easier!

I was also sent the Revlon precision lash adhesive I loved this as it was a dark/black glue so fitted in perfectly once applied. The lash glue is latex free and can be used with any of your false lashes!

A huge thank you to false eyelashes for sending me some of their products to try! I had so much fun having a play with them and some Halloween looks. I also filmed a video of me applying the makeup along with my lashes below! I hope you enjoy (don’t forget to subscribe if you do enjoy!) and I’ll catch you soon! XO

*I was very kindly sent the products mentioned in this post to review and create some makeup looks to go with them. All thoughts and opinions as always are my own!
